PP RAFFIA

We process post-consumer and factory waste polypropylene (PP) sacks (jumbo bags). We  procure this PP waste from  various municipalities, scrap collectors and directly from companies. These PP jumbo  bags are de-dusted and sorted  into different colors manually.  The straps and threads are  removed manually and  processed separately. The bags  are crushed and then washed  in an automatic washing line.  The material is dried and sent  to our granulation department  to make high quality PP  granules. These granules are  used to make ropes, tapes,  carpets, storage containers,  bags, sacks, and auto parts.
